On-site Support Services
Our support staff will work from your site and integrate all their activities
with your processes, procedures and other support teams. Our services include
infrastructure engineering and support, technical support and liaison and
definition of global RMDS standards and procedures. We will also work to help
you identify potential cost savings and provide systems documentation,
reporting, billing and reconciliation services.
Remote Managed Services
We can also deliver remote management services from our two international
centres. Our newly opened EMEA technical support centre joins the existing North
American facility, allowing dedicated ‘follow the sun’ support from 7am London
time until the close of the US markets. We are due to open a third centre in
Asia in Q1 of 2008. This will help us to deliver truly global coverage. We can
provide a full 24/7 service, or service monitoring outside of your normal
business hours. Access to your infrastructures is gained via secure VPN,
complying with all your standards and security policies.
