CJC’s new Hosting Partnership with Reuters
CJC are pleased to announce their global partnership with Reuters to support the RHS (Reuters Hosting Solution). RHS is a fully managed remote hosting solution that enables medium to smaller size institutions access to the full functionality of the Reuters system.  It also allows existing Reuters clients to benefit from a highly cost-effective offering of not only RDF+ but also direct exchange feeds..The solution will also give clients the ability to co-locate their own programs adjacent to the RHS datacenters reducing latency concerns.

CJC launch new Technical Support Centre in the UK
In the continued drive forward to assist clients worrying about the day-to-day support of their infrastructure, CJC have launched their EMEA Technical Support Centre in the UK. This, in conjunction with the North American centre, is a significant move towards supplying global ‘follow the sun’ Technical Support Centres. The Centres offer technical support for management services for all your market data infrastructure, direct exchange and desktop applications.

Our new Technical Support Centre opens in the US
CJC have launched the first Technical Support Centre in New York with their partners West Highland. In this joint venture, West Highland will become part of the CJC global support model offering around-the-clock support for our clients’ market data products and applications. The CEOs of both companies, Steve Roe (West Highland) and Paul Gow (CJC) are both very excited about the offering. Roe says of the launch: “with this support model now operational and with the future centres in EMEA and Asia, CJC are opening globally we will able to offer a truly ‘follow the sun’ support service to our existing and future clients”.
