Solution
CJC helped the firm rationalize its current system, internal feeds and number of servers. It then designed and implemented a global RMDS system, with hubs in London, New York and Singapore. The three centres were used to feed regional branch offices and deliver global support. The systems were designed with resilience and cost reduction as key drivers. The design included a global DACS strategy such that permissions and billing were managed from the Hub centres.
